AZS Polfarmex Kutno have achieved great success - advanced to I Basketball League. The team had beaten Siden Toruń Polski Cukier in Playoffs.

The battle was extremely difficult and emotional. There were needed 5 games to succeed. The teams played to 3 victories. The rivalry does not run out of dramatic moments. We managed to win two away games and one on the home court. The team showed great character. Final success was achieved with the victory in Torun 04.05.2011 winning the match 73-61. Alexander Perka was named Player of the Match with 13 points and 10 rebounds.

AZS Polfarmex Kutno is coached by the former Polish national team coach - Andrzej Kowalczyk. The team leaders are: Alexander Perka - dynamic Forward, a member of numerous dunk contests, and an experienced Center Mariusz Bacik - former Polish representative.

Coach Andrzej Kowalczyk, in the first season working with the team realized the main objective - advanced to I League. Words of praise are due for the whole team. Do not forget the wonderful audience (several thousand fans from Kutno), which regularly comes to watch our great team.

We believe that promotion to the I league is just the beginning and now we begin the fight for the highest goals.
